Science Olympiad Team
Since 2000, students in grades 6-8 at CHBS have been actively involved in Science Olympiad at the regional, state, and national levels. Science Olympiad tournaments are academic interscholastic competitions that consist of a series of 23 team events. The local team of 15 students participates in all events to attempt to qualify for the next level of competition. The strength of this program comes from our students' awareness that their strength and skills are God-given. We are blessed to have parents who volunteer untold hours of their time to coach the twenty-three competitive events.
