Fifth Grade
Our fifth grade program here at Cottage Hill Baptist School is filled with opportunities for each student to grow academically and spiritually. The curriculum is Bible-based and college preparatory. The students are taught across the curriculum using a variety of strategies. They are taught how to write a research paper complete with note cards, outline, and bibliography. They are required to memorize Bible verses and are active participants in the weekly chapel programs. All fifth graders take part in our spring musical each year in which each child plays an active role. They are eligible to participate in our Safety Patrol program as well as many of our sports. We offer a well balanced program complete with weekly classes in Spanish, music, library, computer, and art.
