Admissions InformationApplication papers are filled out in the Academy office. The following items should be furnished at the application time:
*The insurance card is a part of the student file, along with an Insurance Refusal Form, which the parent completes. This form indicates whether or not the parent wishes to take school insurance, which is available at the beginning of the school year. All of these required documents, along with the $150.00 application fee and $25.00 entrance test fee, must be received prior to scheduling the entrance exam.** As a part of the application papers, the Academy gives a Pastoral Reference Form to new parents to have completed by their pastor. It must be returned to the Admissions Office by mail or fax. Students will be scheduled in the order in which documentation and fees are submitted to the Admissions Office. The entrance test will be set up once the student's file is complete. After the test, the student and parent will meet with our Assistant Principal, Mrs. Mary Ann Lang for a brief interview time. The balance of the enrollment fee ($300.00) is due upon notification of the student's acceptance.** **NOTE After March 15, the $150.00 application fee and the $300.00 balance of the enrollment fee are due at the time of application, along with the $25.00 entrance test fee for new applicants.
