New Student Registration Information

- Every Student pays a $450.00 enrollment fee. The $150.00 application fee portion is due when applying, along with a $25.00 entrance test fee. The $300.00 balance is due upon receipt of letter of acceptance. Students registering after March 15 must pay the full $450.00 enrollment fee and $25.00 entrance test fee a the time of application.
- The following forms will be completed in the school office
- Enrollment Application Information
- Parental Financial Contract
- Parental Commitment Form
- Family Information Forms
- Applicants must bring the following forms to the school to be a part of their student file a the time they fill out the Enrollment Application forms:
- Original of current immunization form
- Copy of social security card
- Copy of birth certificate
- Copy of health insurance card
- Copy of custody papers, if applicable
- Academic Records: Report cards for the past two years and current year’s to date grades
- Achievement test scores for the past two years
- Submit Pastoral Reference Form to your pastor. (To be mailed directly to the school).
- Test date/interview time will be given upon receipt of all paperwork.
