New Student Registration Information


  1. Every Student pays a $450.00 enrollment fee. The $150.00 application fee portion is due when applying, along with a $25.00 entrance test fee. The $300.00 balance is due upon receipt of letter of acceptance. Students registering after March 15 must pay the full $450.00 enrollment fee and $25.00 entrance test fee a the time of application.
  2. The following forms will be completed in the school office
    • Enrollment Application Information
    • Parental Financial Contract
    • Parental Commitment Form
    • Family Information Forms
  3. Applicants must bring the following forms to the school to be a part of their student file a the time they fill out the Enrollment Application forms:
    • Original of current immunization form
    • Copy of social security card
    • Copy of birth certificate
    • Copy of health insurance card
    • Copy of custody papers, if applicable
    • Academic Records: Report cards for the past two years and current year’s to date grades
    • Achievement test scores for the past two years
  4. Submit Pastoral Reference Form to your pastor. (To be mailed directly to the school).
  5. Test date/interview time will be given upon receipt of all paperwork.
